I think that there is a right time to give up and stop trying. Especially, national examination is one of the examples. I have seen many people who had studied to take a national test. They had studied from three years to over five years. We often say that if someone does not pass the exam in three years, he or she has to give it up because it means that he is not suitable to the test or he is lack of fortune. In addition, he has to other things to make money. I think that after he did his best he did not pass the exam, it is waste of time. I believe that he had better do other things as soon as possible.
