I think there is always another explanation or another point of view. Peoples are various. We think different ways at all time and all the situation. So when it comes to encountering some accidents or problem, we can make the various point of view. Especially in a business situation, we definitely need another point of view. That view gives a good inspiration and this lead good strategy. For example, the department store suffers from the people who ride the elevator don't feel comfortable. So the board members are continuously considered how to change this situation. At that time, the clean women said "if there were a mirror in elevator, they might concentrate to see mirror" So they set the mirror on the elevator, customer no more irritated to wait on the elevator. So we definitely need another point of view.
