Is there any connection between the person\'s style of life and the duration of his life?

I think the life style and duration of life has a close relationship. The life style changes according to the ages. In my case, I used to eat out with friends or colleagues after work most of days on my early 30s. However, it has changed totally after having a babies. I had to do a lot of house keeping and needed to care my children. My wife didn\'t want me to go out for exercise, personal appointment and so on. For kids, the most important schedule is attending a school. They spend most of their time at school or institute. In conclusion, I am sure that there is close connection according to the ages between the person\'s style of life and the duration of his life.
