Is there perfect equality in your country?

I do not think that perfect equality exists over the world; thus, I definitely believe that there is no perfect equality in my country. Most people know that equality is important value and deserved to be accomplished and try to realize it. However, to treat every person equally is very difficult. I think that there are some reasons for this. Firstly, our society is operated by competition. People have to compete, and then they gain their own profits. By competition, some people can earn more profits and others can loss their ones. As a result, people cannot help people being unbalanced. Secondly, although we say that every person is equal, in reality, there is class between people: employer and employee or man and woman. Usually, employer have more earnings than employee, and a man get more salary than a woman on average in our country. Of course, it might not occur in other countries. Because of two reasons above, I think that it is difficult to be perfect equal in our country.
