Is this an order of method to come up with making a word?

Hi there Debby :) Today? I was exhausted after exercising so I got the nap for 4 hours! My legs was shaking and I felt the pain from the back expecially. But after the nap, I feel great. Coming up with ideas first, and tenses. I also think that it is a best way of making a word. I haven't thought about the order... haha See you tommorow.
