I think rather each of them has worth indifferent perspective than one thing is more valuable between traditional food and modern food. Tranditional food is meaningful because it has history and culture made for long time and has local identity. Each receipy has ancestor\'s wisdom and experience, and it has a role for make relationship between a family. On the other hands, modern food has advantage of efficiency and convenience. For example, it helps people to short cooking time and make similar flavor easily. Also, a new cooking technology can control the texture and nutrient of the food.
