I think few spots of my city have traffic congestion problem. But, it\'s not serious as much as Seoul city is. I think it is better to use public transportation in Seoul than using private vehicle. When I\'m stuck in a traffic jam, I usually read a book or surfing the internet through my cell phone. Sometimes, I just sleep or binge watch dramas that went off air.
