To unknown people, you know, for my situation, it means generally , or maybe, foreigners, I think. Because I am now studing english and at least have been studying.
It\'s hard to talk to foreigners. really hard.

 Frankly speaking, to speak english even to American who I ever talk to is need to much courage it is.

Anyway, to speak anything to someone who don\'t know at all is somehow weird thing it is.

 It is manner to speak politely to unknown person or someone if it is first place. 

>> It is proper manner to speak politely to a stranger or to someone you don\'t know if it is your first meeting.
