It is very hard to make someone feel comfortable at first time.

When I was in middle school, there were lots of time to make new friends. because I wanted to get used to them, I always talked a lot with common subject. As I grew up, I felt It was no use to talk a lot when meet a new-face. the most important thing is time and frequency. The position of my work needs talking someone who enlisted to airforce. So I need to check them if he have some problems or special things which I have to know especially about their home circumstances. When I have not enough time, I try to find the common points with him. and then I talk to him about my past life to make him feel we have something to shere. After this process, most of people open their minds and start talking their life. If he have problem or not, I treat him very kindly. and always say that whenever you think you are in trouble, you can come to me and I will help you. that is kind of skill that I have to make someone feel comfortable.
