The U.S. lawmakers started to take a step banning illegal birth tourism of preganant women from other countries to give their children U.S. citizenship. Republican Rep. Gary Miller inroduced a bill not giving an automatic citizenship to those who are born to 'illegal alien' moms. However, there is also a move against this measure. Some of the lawmakers of Democratic party say that this bill is against the principle of the U.S. which is clearly stated in Consitution through the 14th Amendment. Also, businesses related to birth tourism are raising their voices against the impropriety of the bill saying that they had done nothing illegal.
