I have np intention of criticizing the chinese.
When I visited Jeju island last year, some buildings existed with construction stopped.
The reason is the buoldings that the chinese started but stopped due to finantial difficulities or bankruptcy.
They were unpleasent look and harm the surrounding natural landscape.
