He said, in Korea, leftwing people and rightwing people both insist that the problem of equality will sove by individual effort. But he said it's wrong. He said that If we fix the wrong society frame, the problem will sove easily. The book, "Outlier"said that clearly. The book assert that the people who succededed are got chance from fortune completely. So we have to think fix the system, for example, the time when we estimate the talent of stuedent and so on.
