Jeonju International Film Festival

Jeonju International Film Festival is going to be held for a week from today. There is a big opening ceremony in the Chonbuk University Cultural Auditorium that I used to spend free time when I was a University student. Famous actors and directors would be there, and people visit my city to watch independent movies looking forward to gourmet food. The ironic thing for me is that I have never joined the festival. I mean that I have not watched the movies showed during the festival. I tried to buy the ticket for coupled of times, but that was quickly sold out online. I can buy some ticket on the spot, but I don't have a choice to watch what I want to enjoy. I would rather listen to free bands or see exhibitions than attach to an uncomfortable chair in the dark. Some people visiting Jeonju complain that Jeonju Bibimbap is not that delicious as much as the fame. If you desire to taste real Bibimbap you shouldn't go any restaurant. You have to go THE restaurants to sell traditional Bibimbap served in a brass bowl with bean sprout soup. One of the restaurants I like to go often is introduced in Michelin Guide.
