I'm seeking for employment. Actually, about 2 months ago I were working in a hospital. It's my first job. Working environment is good. but I quit only in a month. There are some reason. Main reason is head of the hospital. Even though he is oder, I couldn't bear his impertinence. If there another reason that is age. Average age of employees is my parents' age. So I'm lonely a little. It is almost 2 months after I quit. It is hard to get a new job. but I'm not regret I have quit. Of course I want to get out of jobless.

Hi Lindsay! Thank you for sending this message. Well, it's a good thing you quit that job. No matter how great the job is, if the working environment is not good then it's useless. It's not worth it to stay working with people that you don't like. Your performance will suffer and you can't concentrate at work. I always make it a point to have a good working relationship with my co-workers so if there's any problem, I try to fix it immediately because I don't want any troubles.
