job transfer

it is a huge complicated thing I have ever experienced in my whole life. I have changed my job recentely and it gives me a lot pressure because of the complicating and the annoying. I am not good at transfering the company. Actually whoelse could be an expert of that thing. I had to submit resignation forms to the HR and fulfill the process of it andthen I had to do the thing for the new employee for the this new company. Anyway it is the my last chance to achive my goal if it is not working well the I have to have a normal career life. I decide to take a venture and it's my first trying I always keep myself in the safe and security I hope I will achive from this oppotunity
