Help me~I think maby the manager would ask that question to me ..kk Which problem is the most difficult to you when you were working as a housekeeper before? when I worked motel , one of my client claim that they wanted to change new linnen but that time I had just changed linen. It was new.. somehow of couses I changed again. and I realized , although as I see something was perfect , if the costomer can't satisfied it, it means we have to make an effort more for client to be happy , gratified.
