Because if he works for other person, he won't have a chance to express his creative idea freely. He is wanting to work alone with his own idea and he is willing to take responsibility his decisions. Second opinion sample's speaker talks about necessity to become good leader. He says that to become good boss we have to have some characteristics. And he insists that creative ideas is the most important thing to become good leader with positive drive. And good boss should know when, where, how to apply them to theirs business. And another characteristic for good boss is human relationship. Business success is depends on relationship between business partners and theirs colleagues.
