Julie's diary on 1st AUG.

It's first day of AUG and I visited a customer on business this morning. They don't want to deal with our company anymore because our rate is to high than other competitor. My boss, salesman and I had to wait for 2 hours because they had the morning worship at the first day of every month. We didn't know it so we wasted our valuable time. Anyway we met the person in charge and heard what he were dissatisfied with our service. All our staffs did our best for this customer. It is really difficult to please everybody/every customer. But today's Friday! My son and my mother will go to hometown tomorrow and my husband will go to work. So I'll watch movie with my friend tomorrow. I'll be free and enjoy my weekend !
