Korean customs that I'd like foreigners to adopt

In Korean society, there are some traditional customs which have been more than centry ago. First of all, we have respected elderly people. As influence of the Confucian culture, we still have keep some manners to be polit to eldery. For exemple, when the eldery people take a bus or subway but if there aren't seats available, most of koreans will give up their seats for them. Secondly, among the neighbors, especially in rural areas, they help out on each other's farms. we called this exchange of labor as "pum-a-si". This is really good custom because they can help each other and also share a attachment among the people. Nowadays, more and more, people are busy and ignore each others so whole human society is getting dry. I think this korean style warm customs can be a way of solution for this cynical society.
