Korean SAT was carried out today

My younger brother took a Korean SAT test today. It was his second try so it made him more nervous. Meanwhile, according to the article which gave advice about which words help in order to relax test takers nervousness, it says "you have been working hard" will make them feel comfortable. However, saying "you'll be a great job" or "I believe you" doesn't help anything. I had been trying not to make him notice about the test. So, I didn't mention anything related to test. And, today, after the test, when he got home, I told him that you've been doing well, so, take a good rest. Actually, I'm very interested in how well he did or how was the test but I pretended I was not curious about that.

Hello [이름],

I think you handled the situation right. I read something similar to what you read about handling nervousness. Statements like " I believe in you" and "You'll do a good job" are common sentences, they don't have any effect on people anymore. I hope your younger brother did better this time. Take care!
