If I don\'t sleep enough, I can\'t work effectively. When I was young, I could stay up late at night and next day, I could work well. But, now I can\'t. When I don\'t have enough sleep, I go blank and l cannot resist to falling asleep. All day I feel tired and l cannot concentrate on work.
