leader vs. member

I do not think it is a matter of which is better.

But if I should choose only one, in my case, I would be usually follower, and so I think a member of a group is better.

First of all, I can concentrate on my duty more. A leader should control and coordinate entire process and each part. It is hard to focus on their particular duty. I think it is not good to be an expert.
