lesson 11 Working with others

I experienced a problem with a coworker a month ago. It started when we had a conflict of opinions that was making a progress of working. I had no choice but to tell a coworker about my opinion but he wasn't agreeing it. He insisted on his thought continuously. When we didn't get together, my teammate helped that we made up with. After that happened, my coworker understood my opinions and we tried to make a decision to agree with us. I was impressed by importance of helping teammate and now we gets along well other members.
