Metalinguistic: Our target age group is 8-9 years old, they already learned simple past but irregular verbs will be challenging to them. Involvement: Most of the instructions are easy to follow and simple, so the students can be more engaged in the activity. Physical: The students are in a familiar place because they’re going to share their past experience with a partner beforehand presenting a whole class. Rubric 1) Student uses the correct verb form. Excellent - All past tense verbs used correctly. Good - Most of past tense verbs used correctly, with a few exception. Improving - 4 or more verbs are incorrectly used. 2) Vocabulary Excellent - Wide variety of vocabulary and vocabulary extends topic. Good - Vocabulary completes but does not extend topic. Improving - Some use of targeted vocabulary and repetition evident. 3) Contents Excellent - Contents are highly-detailed. Good - Contents are all comprehensible. Improving - Some necessary contents are missing.
