I think that listening is the most important factor of the communication. If we do not listen to other person's say, how can we react well. If we keep saying what we want to say, it is not communication but monologue. Every person wants to listen to their story. But we must identify between the hearing and listening. The listening is that someone carefully hearing, winning the sympathy and react with the right word. Otherwise, the hearing is just hearing. The sound(word) is just vibrate our eardrum. On the conversation, if we only hear other person's saying, he might be mad at that people. Hearing is hard to react right way. Also, the conversations are not just talking. It is the process of the thinking and feeling transition. So we have to listen carefully to do the communication well.

A beautiful Thursday to you [이름]! ^^ Thank you very much for writing in our composition board. I agree with you when you said listening is the most important factor in communication. It is very important because it could: (1) foster good self-esteem, (2) maximize one\'s productivity, (3) improve relationships and (4) help you become a better speaker. Listening is often mistake as a passive task but in reality, it actually requires more than just the ability to absorb information from someone else. Listening is an active process. It is more than just hearing. It requires focus, attention and interpretation. It is indeed the key to successful communication. ^^ I hope you have a great day [이름]. Get well soon. Don\'t forget to drink lots of water. See you tomorrow. ~Teacher Charry (^^,) I think that listening is the most important factor of the communication. >> I think listening is the most important factor in communication. If we do not listen to other person\'s say, how can we react well. >> If we do not listen to what the other person is saying, how can we react well?
