The average age for a woman to have her child was 31.84 last year whose value is much higher than 27.55 recorded in 1994, which is closely related to late marriage. In the survey, the average age of marriage was inversely proportional to the number of their children. In other words, the more they get married late, the more the brithrate is declined. From the question 'How many children do you want to have?', the women in their twenties and in thier thirties answered 2.31 and 1.51, respectively. It is not easy to have a baby when women are not young since they are anxious for the problems on their health and chlidren's education. Even the goverment established the policy against a low birthrate, it seems not easy to solve it.
