I was attending the lecture about how to be kind to the patients or clients. The instructor insisted that business man should dress up properly and she stressed that we would work at the company depending on what we wore now. She meant that if we wore suits, we would work at the company which has a dress code that employees should wear suits. I strongly agreed with what the instructor said and then I have tried to wear neat suit for my future. I am not sure if those trial gave me chance to work at hospital I am working now. However, I believe that it gave me positive effect. These days, young people tend to be more free on everything from what they are wearing to how they behave at work. Our company has a dress code which staffs need to wear accordingly, but young staffs want company to ease restrictions. They want to express their individuality through their clothes rather than follow a company\'s dress code. I think these are changes of culture, so elderly have to understand them.
