We talked about text book's question for today class. The question was "What would you say is worth giving up everything you have?" I told Donna 'Mind meditation. I throw away everything in mind I have even my family,friend,teacher,all memories that I have lived and experienced. It's so easy the reason I throw away. When my things is all empty, I can accept more things from other people. To throw away is not losing, but getting from outside. When I am more empty, I can get more energy from God,space. I can concentrate more than the past because of my emptiness . When I am got lower and empty, I can thank everything.To kill me in my mind is to live in true world. It's parodox. That's the reason why I throw away my family,friend. I can do better them than the past.
