Today was very peaceful for me. Everything was going smoothly. Since I threw away everything in my mind, I have been getting better. Mind dominate our body. all people have their own mind for their life. People always add their mind. Human being's body is the camera. People see,listen,smell,say,have,feel and save the everything in their mind that they do like a camera regardless of their will. That make many problems like worry, fear, troble. That's the reason why people throw away everything in their mind.
