I spent my time to train mind meditation for Chuseok holidays(7 nights 8 days). I belonged to 3rd level of 8. 3rd level needs to spend 2 weeks at least to have certificate. If I spend 2 weeks 3rd level at headquater of mind meditation academy, I will be asked to pass 3rd level. If I train my mind through correct method, I can talk corret answer, which is the enlightenment of truth. It is so amazing. The people who pass each level can't help saying same answer for each level test. If someone said a wrong answer, they didn't realize their enlightenment of truth. So they have to throw away more their own life memory that they have lived and experienced. The method of 3rd level is to throw away my body in detail in my mind.For example, Demon pull out my eyes from my skull by using knife.
