It has been raining since yesterday because of the typhoon.Due to the typhoon,it's not so hot. It there was not raining,it's so sticky and hot in Korea in summer season. Here are a first level of mind meditation method. At first, die in mind. People have to accept as a real situation even though it is just carried out in mind. Second, be ghost. There is not our body because it's already dead. Third, go to space. We are ghosts and then can go to space easily. Everything is carried out in mind. The ghost goes out earth. the earth is getting small. The ghost sits down in front of blackhole which can inhale in everything even lights.Fourth,throw away all memory that people have lived to the blackhole.
