recently, wealth Koreans who have own an apartment in Seoul are trying to immigrate to abroad. because government in Korean release the policy which is about increasing property tax. accordingly, wealth people do not want to spend money for it. so, they decide to sell an apartment in Seoul and move to abroad and then use money for emigrate. due to soaring the price of property, they even bought house in there and send the rest of money for living fee.

I don\'t like living in the city that place far from my working area. because I don\'t want to spend a lot of time for commuting. I dislike the traffic jam hate waking up early in the morning.

actually, I am living in the Australia. I have been in Australia for 4years. I am currently a student in nursing. but I think living in abroad has many pros and cons. advantage thing is that I can encounter many of people. and can learn exotic things. disadvantage thing is that I can not completely percolate with origin people in their nat
