I agree. Actually, we can find an obvious diffrence between the person who have been only in korea and the person who have studied abroad many times. The diffrence is how much experience he has. I think the person who have been to a lot of countries is superior to the person who have not, concerning the ability to manage company. As the world become globalized, the foreign experience get more and more importance of all things. In fact, even when interviewed in company, the interviewee who has the foreign experiece is prefered. And If someone move abroad to study, he can speak other languages more fluently, for example english ,french and so on. Language is also a more important element in job hunting. Some companies limited the interviewees who have the lower Toeic point than 700.
