I didn\'t think about my health when I was much younger too. Now that I\'m older, I fully understood the importance of good health.

I have an aunt and she has been giving me much love since I was born.

When I was younger, my aunt was also younger and she was healthier than now, so I have never worried about her health.

However, her habits which has been lasting for long time make her health bad now.

Several years ago, she got an opperation on her spine. It took much time for her to get better.

I want her to consider her health and try to work out or exercise in the gym, not hanging out much time in the house.
