I was on going contract that is to support engineer.
I convinced that contract. but some my customer had a complaint yesterday. He wanted to new technical. but my staff didn`t know that. I was angry because that tech didn`t need my contract . He needed that personally. He has studied that .
I have worked this project for 2 years. He has been my partner. He has fired two engineer of some company in project.
That reason was him. He was treated as on outcast in project.
I was worrry about that. so I had nice to him. but he had thought only himself. I am angry.....
