In order to receive good feedback from my customer, I have to be kind in every situation when they complain about the inspection fee is too expansive and when they complain about why we have to receive such a unnecessary things.

 I am asked to explain the result to customers kindly and detailed.

Since the head office give my customer call to check wether I did my duty kindly and explain the result to my customer well.

If I get negative evaluation from the field. I will be in trouble during the personnel evaluation.
