The restaurant I like most is 'Walking on the Cloud'. It is lacated in the '58th floor' of 63 building which is most tallest building in Korea. As you can feel in th name of the rastaurant, It is located on the very high position. So you can see all landscape of SEOUL. And the food is more beautiful than the landscape. They have great course meal consisiting of appitizer, soup, 2 main manu, dessert.
