My favorite drawings

One of my favorite drawings is "The Starry Night" which was painted by Van Gogh. The drawing is full of swirly vortex. The sky is dark blue and it makes me feel uneasy. I think it's a kind of fear. Futhermore, odd trees which are in the middle of canvas makes that moods more and more. The starry stars, however, express something like hope. This drawing was painted in 1889, at that time Van Gogh was in the mental hospital, Saint Remi, because of his maniac depression. Therefore, whenever I see his drawings I feel both anxiety and fervor. I like him very much because his drawings always makes special moods.
