My favorite food is Italian pasta. I can eat it everyday. There are several reasons why I love pasta.
First of all, it is healthy food. The basic ingredients of past are Fresh olive oil, tomato, garlic, basil, onion and various kind of pasta noodles. There are no unhealthy ingredients. Additional we can put some seasonal things in pasta. For example, recently I cooked pasta with spring dale. Dale is seasoned vegetable.
Also, pasta is very delicious. Fresh sweet tomato with savory noodles, pungent olive scent, rich taste of salt and collaboration of them are amazing! I cannot imagine life with out pasta.
