My friend

Hi Don, My friend\'s major is oriental painting in Seoul national university. He studied very well in high school. But he didn\'t want to earn the money using his major. when he was high school, his parents were poor, so they could not support him. So he worked at painting academy after school and he learned painting from head of academy. After graduate university, he applied public man as position 9th level and he passed it. But 9th level public man is low level. Current his level is 7th level after 20years. I tried to persuade him to use his talent but he rejected my opinion. After 10 years, he regreted to reject my suggestion. his economic situation is not good. His son is 3 grade in high school. So he need a lot of money this year. Next year he need to pay school expense a lots. If he should have use his telent, I am sure he would have got a lot of money.
