My goal for 2012

I am very unhappy with the result of 2011 I always think that I will do better and better but I am very disappointed because of the bad decision. I think the most important thing is the ability and capability of me. but the important matter is human relationship in korea. I just realized that personal ability is not the matter when someone is evaluated. I think the most important part is that which university, which family someone has. So kangnam wives they urged thier sons or daughters go to the famous university. In my case I graduated from the canadian university and Idon't have much relationship with someone who work with me. If I don't have any relathionship with my superior people. then I hace to do entertain them for my promotion. I hate to do this thing and I will achive my goal by myself. I will keep that in mind and I will be sustainable and agilant for all the things.
