My goodness and weakness

I think,I'm a very kind person,because I usually deal with other people kindly without any problems, and that make me happy. Because I like people. And I always do my best in my field,because I want to make a good result.Also because of this, I was extolled by other people like co-worker. And my weakness is that I'm not a active person,I think it isn't badness, but sometimes it interrupt me whenever I have to do some active work.I need some correction, in my opinion.But I love me so much.And I try to make me more good person.
