Maybe, job satisfaction of some workers is money. The important thing of their life or job is always to earn a lot of money. On the other hand, some people want to get pleasure though the job. They regard job satisfaction as completeness or result of their favorite works. Of course, if you can have a big money for your good results of your favorite work, it’ll be the best. Somebody has accomplished it in their field. But, most of people couldn’t archive it. Most of employees have worked about what they don’t like it and haven’t gotten much money. In this case, they haven’t enjoyed their job and life. It is unfortunate that. So, I recommend finding your favorite work as my junior in university. If you enjoy your work, you can success in the field, and then you can earn the big money. First of all, Find your favorite job!
