HOMEWORK FOR TODAY:
Use the following idiomatic expressions in a sentence:
1. Deal off
2. Eye like a hawk
3. in the same boat
Nowadays, many companies have not good business record. So most of employers eyes like a hawk. They can deal off some employees who have no good results. Always, a lot of poor employees are in the same boat.
I have a question to you. When I studied ‘Grammar in use intermediate’, I had a question for difference between present perfect continuous and simple. I don’t know the difference ‘I have been doing’ and ‘I have done’. Could you answer for me? Please.

Hi Mr. [이름],
Thank you for your question. Present perfect continuous like I have been doing is used to show that something started in thepast and has continued up until now.\"For five minutes,\" \"for two weeks,\" and \"since Tuesday\" are all durations which can be used with the Present Perfect Continuous.
I have done is a past action. Example: I have already done it.
