What is your typical way of dealing with conflict? Well, I think the best way of dealing with conflict is to talk about problems with someone. The principle reason of conflict is that thought or point of view of each other is not same. And, when they don’t recognize each other, they have no choice but to make conflict. Just now, it’s happened conflict with my co-worker because of boundary of work. Now I hardly like to talk with my co-worker, but don’t have a talk with him we can’t solve conflict forever. To talk about conflict is so important for solve the problem. Through the talk we can find reason of conflict and understand well each other. Of course, we can’t find the solution even though we have enough talk, but conflict wouldn’t fare worse. We try to solve the problem through talk and go on, I believe that conflict will be disappeared or will become smaller. Snow is falling on April! And it is gust of windy day. I wish to stop snowing on my quitting time.
