While booming economic cycle, if somebody wanted to get a job, they could easily enter the company regardless of sincerity and ability. However, nowadays, it is not easy to get a job with only sincerity. Many companies want to hire special man who has the challenge spirit and unique idea. In Korea, many people who want to get a job concentrate to study English and get licenses. They think high level of TOEIC and several licenses will be made them to good applicant and take a good job. Of course last 5 or 10 years, it was the epitome of good applicant. But, it is not, now. Just high level of English examination and unuseful licenses will be made you to normal applicant. I think if you have enough knowledge of your major and suitable ability of English, you have to try to get unique ability or spirit. For example, challenging competitions or doing internship and so on. These experiences will be made you to special man who is wanted by company. If you had time to stay library for up to 900 points in TOEIC, I recommend to you as moving your body and spirit to find yourself and your special something. It is very lovely whether today.
