What development policies can contribute to facilitating economic growth with social development? I have no totally knowledge about that. But, I’m going to guess about this question. Between 1960s and 1980s, in Korea, a military government controlled all of economy and society. They could support some companies for development and could remove any companies. They decided to concentrate to heavy industry all of Korean capability. Fortunately, their policies were good for development of economy in Korea. So, we could join the ranks of the developed countries and Korean could no more not concern about food. However, nowadays, any government can’t like that. Of course they can decide the plan for development of economy, but they can’t control all of economy and society. They have to not. I think the best way that government contributes to facilitating economic growth is that design the proper policies which can support many companies and employees. For example, they can lend some money of low interest rate for outstanding small and medium business and they can give good education of skill which needs to get a job to people who find a job. I don’t know that it is real method for development economy. I think what I say is so normally policy which everyone know. I just wish to my government have a special plan for facilitating economic growth with social development. It is gorgeous whether today, too. I wish yours will be, too. See you!
