My job

When machines get in a trouble , I go there immediately and fix it. Sometimes I make a drawing of some mechanical parts to improve our machines. I like the people who I work with , and I get well paid compared with my friends who works in other company. Generally I am satisfied with my job. But there are some reason why I dislike my job. Since I work in shifts , I usually can't rest in weekend and sometimes I have to work all night When I have my own family , this problem will get more serious to me. Another reason is that I have to work overtime too much. Last month , I did overtime work 16 days per only one month. Each overtime took 4 hours. Nowadays I am planning to move to other department not to work in shifts.
