My plan of company is to make new solution. I would want to complete that until this month. But I had a issue not to think. The issue was skill of engineer. I trusted him. and He told me that he knew the skill .
He was my senior of old company.
I told you about him. He got a sick of left body. so I wanted to help him.
He had not made the production.
so I asked him you had a problem.
but he didn`t say somthing.
Maybe I though the reason was him not to have another job.
I am worry this situation.
