My task 2

First, the government have to increase access of the local people. It is natural that people doesn't want to go to crowded place. Thus the government have to help local people visit their own place with fresh environment. For example, the holiday may could be the key to solve problem. If public site like museum rests at holiday and they only opens for local people, they could enjoy feeling their culture in fresh environment. This could make local people feel proud for their own sites. Another way is to remove local people's economical concern. The government could let local people to entrance museum or historical place for free, or very low fee. And the sale coupon to use in their local market or restaurant could also give them a chance to visit those places. Money is one of the important reason to spend a holiday, so we shouldn't ignore it. It could be more attractive if money problem can't be a reason even if it is familiar to them.
